GROUP FITNESS

Group fitness is exactly as it sounds, it is any and all forms of fitness that is done in a group setting and is led by an instructor. I am qualified to teach a wide range of group fitness classes, aerobic,  developing flexibility and strength based. The benefits of group fitness include a supportive environment, extra motivation and friendly competition.
